DeNami Blog Hop ~ Fabulous Frames!

If you are following the DeNami blog hop, you arrived here from Annette Holleger's blog.  If you want to start at the beginning, click here to access the DeNami Home Page
Here is my card!

I used the Sizzix Tulip frame which embosses these FAB tulips all around the edges.
I chose this tulip frame to spotlight this incredible DeNami Tulip stamp!  I colored the tulip with a Copic marker (V06 Lavender) and then used Crystal Effects to make it shiny.  Also, I ran the cream cardstock through my Cuttlebug with a linen impression plate to give it texture (if you enlarge the pic you can see the subtle effect).  I used another DeNami stamp for my Happy Birthday sentiment.  Behind the sentiment I used three rows of very thin sheer purple ribbon.

I mounted the cream circle with the tulip onto a felt scalloped circle (cut out with a Spellbinder's die) by zig zag stitching.  The beautiful purple bow just "tied" all of the elements together!

The next stop on this FAB DeNami Blog Hop is:

Happy Hopping!
