CR84FN61 - Week 2 - Our New Home

It's week 2 of CR84FN61 with these GORGEOUS colors!
We are FINALLY closing on the home we have been building in Florida on August 30th - hence this card!  That is, unless the hurricane blows it away!  Can you believe it???!!!

Very clean and simple for me.  LOTS of different textures though which makes it pretty IRL!
Can't WAIT to move in, get organized, and have my sewing machine and supplies ready to use again!

I thought the tiny resin flower for the chimney on the felt house
 was a cute detail!
Check out what the other CR84FN DT members (listed in my sidebar) have made for you!

PERSONAL NOTE:  I'll be back next week with a tribute to my Mom who passed away on August 18th.  Forgive me for being MIA for a little while.  My cards through September 1st were all pre-made and scheduled with the move so my posts are way more happy than I feel right now.  It's so ironic that the card I made for September 1st is the card I made for my Mom when she got out of the hospital the last time.  It's called "I Love You, Mom" and I certainly do.

Looked at the map today to see exactly where you are in Florida. If you had a boat and I had a boat, we could meet in the middle!!!

Miss you and continue to pray for your family. We will all be missing you Tuesday.

Another great card!
XOXOXOXOXOXO

Thinking of you Sue, at this time, on a couple of fronts. Stay safe, out of harms way with this hurricane and the loss of your mum, the most important woman in a girls life.
