CR84FN 26 ~ Happy Birthday Sweet Stephanie!

These colors are extra special because it our own Sweet Stephanie's Birthday Week!  Please go to her blog and wish her a Happy Birthday!

Thanks to Martha for this weeks inspiration and to the rest of the design team for their FABULOUS cards (names in sidebar!)  Also a BIG welcome to our May Guest Designer Lin Brandyberry at Sending Hugs!  She has been a HUGE supporter of CR84FN and is a Beautiful designer!  Go to her blog and welcome her!

Here's my sentiment on the front:
Here's my card:
I thought I'd digress from my usual flowers and use butterflies for Stephanie!  The stamps are Hero Arts and I stamped them on PTI Lemon Tart in gold for my background.  I added a dot randomly with a DeNami stamp.
Do you see the DeNami polka dot background dots?  I covered them with vellum for a softer look.  The gold paper is from my stash and has stripes in it.  I used the PTI Sending You die for a background for my embossed Cuttlebug butterfly.  Then, OKAY, I HAD to do it, I added a lemon tart rose cut with a Sizzix die!  Some gold bling and a bow tied with gold seam binding spice up this card.

The sentiment is PTI Birthday Basics and I mounted it on a PTI Banner die.  The edge is punched with an EK Success punch.
I Hope you like it!
Happy Birthday, Stephanie!!  Big HUGS!

What a pretty card. Yellow is so NOT you! I love the butterfly and of course the dots (duh!). You did a fantastic job for DeNami--they were lucky to have you for a month.

I need to copy so many things from you! Love the vellum over the Denami polka background, never would have thought of that! Also what is the butterfly punched from or how was it made, it looks kinda clear or like plastic? Anyway I love it! Another beautiful card my friend.
