Papertrey Ink December Blog Hop Christmas Inspiration

I had to share this with you. My husband and I had a party for his CFO's and spouses to celebrate the end of budget. One of the wives complimented my invitation and told me about all of the crafty things she likes to do. Then last week out of the blue, I received a package in the mail with this BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL pillow she made for me as a Thank You for the party. What is so thoughtful about this gift is that our house is all things beachy so not only did she use the perfect color but those are shells in the shape of a Christmas Tree!!! It is just so me!

Here's a close-up of the tree so you can see all of the detail. I have to say this is the most thoughtful, unexpected, and perfect gift I have ever received! I hope she likes this thank you card I designed in honor of her gift!

The pillow reminded me of the PTI stamp set, Tree Trimming Trio. I used PTI's Damask Design stamp set with Versamark for the background because it looked like the material she used for the pillow.
